As Practice Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring everything runs efficiently while maintaining exceptional clinical and customer service standards.
You will work closely with clinicians and the wider team to create a positive, productive, and patient-focused environment.

β Management Duties Include:

π Managing the daily operations of the practice
π Leading, motivating, and supporting the team
π Ensuring excellent patient journey and customer service
π Maintaining and overseeing CQC compliance and inspections
π Managing staff rotas, holidays, and performance
π Monitoring KPIs, targets, and practice performance
π Handling recruitment, onboarding, and staff training
π Managing complaints and resolving issues professionally
π Overseeing stock control and supplier relationships
π Ensuring smooth appointment management and diary coordination
π Supporting business growth and practice development
π Maintaining a positive and professional working culture

π What We Are Looking For:

βοΈ Strong dental practice management experience essential
βοΈ Excellent knowledge of CQC and compliance procedures
βοΈ Confident leadership and team management skills

βοΈ Ability to manage a busy specialist practice efficiently
βοΈ Experience using EXACT software preferred
βοΈ Private dental practice experience desirable
