A high-end independent dental clinic in Ascot is looking to welcome a Dental Nurse with an interest in progressing into a Treatment Coordinator (TCO) position. This is a fantastic chance to join a modern, patient-focused practice while developing new skills, with full training provided for the coordination side of the role.

This boutique private practice offers a wide range of treatments in a calm, professional setting. With two fully equipped surgeries and a strong emphasis on patient experience, the team prides itself on delivering high-quality care across multiple disciplines.
  • Fully private clinic
  • Treatments include general dentistry, implants, endodontics, Invisalign, and cosmetic work
  • Modern facilities with digital systems (Dentally software)
  • On-site parking permits available
  • Supportive, close-knit team environment
📅 Working Hours
  • Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
  • One Saturday per month: 9:00am – 4:00pm
💷 Salary & Progression
  • £14–£17 per hour (depending on experience)

🦷 The Role

This position combines clinical dental nursing with the opportunity to grow into a patient-facing coordination role. Initially, your focus will be supporting clinicians chairside across a variety of treatments, while gradually taking on responsibilities related to patient communication and treatment planning.

You’ll be involved in:
  • Assisting with a range of procedures including implants, cosmetic treatments, and Invisalign
  • Providing excellent chairside support and patient care
  • Building rapport with patients and enhancing their overall experience
  • Learning to guide patients through treatment options and journeys as part of TCO development
👩‍⚕️ Who We’re Looking For Essential:
  • GDC-registered Dental Nurse
  • Professional, reliable, and patient-focused
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the role
Desirable:
  • Interest in progressing into a Treatment Coordinator position
  • Ambition to develop both clinically and commercially
  • Confidence in patient interaction and relationship-building
