An established, modern private dental practice in Bracknell is seeking an experienced Dental Practice Operations & CQC Registered Manager to join their leadership team.

The Role You will play a key leadership role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining full CQC compliance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as the CQC Registered Manager (DCME software used)
- Leading on compliance and regulatory standards
- Acting as Safeguarding Lead, Fire & Safety Officer, and First Aider
- Overseeing internal audits across clinical, reception, MediSpa, and patient journey areas
- Managing HR processes, team development, and performance
- Coordinating rotas, inboxes, systems, and daily admin operations
- Supervising facilities and maintenance
- Supporting the Principal Dentist and Business Development Manager with ongoing projects
- Essential: Previous CQC experience
- Desirable: GDC registration
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Calm, level-headed approach under pressure
- Proactive, solution-focused mindset
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Confident working independently and collaboratively
- Strong written communication skills
- Excellent IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with R4 (Carestream) and DCME is highly advantageous
