An independent dental practice in Braintree is seeking an Associate Dentist to join its established and supportive team. This role offers a great balance of NHS and private work, ideal for a clinician looking to develop professionally while maintaining a strong patient focus.

This well-run clinic combines NHS and private dentistry, with a strong reputation for quality care and continuity with patients. The team environment is relaxed, collaborative, and geared towards long-term success for both clinicians and patients.
• Wide range of treatments including general, cosmetic, and advanced procedures
• Services such as implants, Invisalign, and aesthetic dentistry available
• Supportive team culture with mentoring opportunities
• Efficient systems in place using Dentally software
• Established and loyal patient base with growing private demand
📅 Working Hours
• Monday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
• Tuesday: 8:00am – 8:00pm
• Thursday: 8:00am – 8:00pm
• Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
• Total: 36 hours per week
• Flexibility available (minimum 25 hours)
This schedule provides a strong platform to build a consistent and varied workload across both NHS and private dentistry.
💷 Remuneration
• £24 per UDA (gross)
• 50% private split
• Ongoing opportunities to increase private earnings
• Flexible mix of NHS and private allocation
