🌟 Associate Dentist – Mixed Practice Opportunity (NHS & Private) 🌟

We are seeking a confident and motivated Associate Dentist to join a well-established mixed NHS and private practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who is comfortable delivering high-quality general dentistry within an NHS framework, while also benefiting from strong private earning potential, including Invisalign cases. 🦷✨

This role offers flexibility, stability, and the chance to work within a supportive team environment with scope to develop private treatments alongside NHS commitments.

📅 Working Pattern:

• 4–5 days per week (Monday–Friday)
• Flexible choice of working days
• 08:45 – 18:00, with flexibility to finish earlier where appropriate

💷 Remuneration:

• £14–£15 per UDA
• 50% private / 50% lab fees
• Strong scope to build private income alongside NHS work 💸

🧩 Role & Responsibilities:

• Delivering high-quality NHS dentistry with clinical confidence
• Developing and managing private treatment plans alongside NHS work
• Providing general dentistry and Invisalign treatments
• Ensuring excellent patient communication and treatment explanation
• Maintaining accurate clinical records using Sensei software
• Working collaboratively with the wider dental team to ensure smooth patient flow
• Contributing to a positive and professional practice environment

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• GDC-registered Dentist with NHS Performer Number (essential)
• Confident in delivering general dentistry independently
• Interest or experience in Invisalign and private dentistry (desirable)
• Strong communication skills and a patient-focused approach
• Professional, reliable, and able to work effectively within a busy practice setting
• Committed to maintaining high clinical and ethical standards
