We are looking for an experienced and professional Dental Receptionist to join a friendly and well-established mixed dental practice in Pembury, near Tunbridge Wells. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a patient-focused team delivering high-quality general and specialist dental care.
🗓 Working Days & Hours

• Monday to Thursday: 08:30 – 18:00
• Friday: 08:30 – 17:00
• Full-time position

🦷 Practice Overview

• Mixed practice (predominantly private)
• Treatments include:
  
  • General Dentistry
  • Implants
  • Endodontics

💷 Salary

• Up to £14.50 per hour (depending on experience)

🔎 Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients and providing exceptional customer service
• Managing appointments and diaries efficiently
• Handling patient enquiries (in person, phone, and email)
• Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
• Supporting the clinical team with administrative duties

✅ Essential Requirements

• Previous dental or medical receptionist experience
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Professional and friendly manner

⭐ Desirable

• Experience using Exact dental software
