🦷 Associate Dentist Opportunity – Mixed NHS & Private | 3–4 Days Per Week | Oxford 🦷

The practice has a strong reputation for delivering excellent patient care, with a clear focus on clinical quality, professional development, and long-term patient relationships.

💼 The Role:

• Position: Associate Dentist
• Employment Type: Permanent
• Practice Type: Mixed (approx. 60% private / 40% NHS)
• Start Date: ASAP 🚀

📅 Working Pattern:

• 3–4 days per week (Monday–Friday)
• Flexible on days (Tuesday typically excluded)
• 09:00 – 17:00
• Full clinical autonomy within a supportive team structure

🦷 Clinical Scope:
You will be delivering a broad range of high-quality dentistry, including:

• General Dentistry
• Cosmetic treatments ✨
• Implants 🦷
• Periodontal care 🩺
• Oral surgery 🔬

There is also strong emphasis on developing private treatment uptake, with support to convert suitable NHS patients into private care, helping you grow your private income and clinical portfolio over time.

💰 Package & Earnings:

• From £13.50 per UDA
• 50% private remuneration
• 50% lab fee contribution
• Strong opportunity to develop private earnings alongside NHS work

👤 What We’re Looking For:

Essential:

• GDC-registered Dentist
• Confident in delivering general dentistry independently
• Reliable, professional, and patient-focused approach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Desirable:

• Experience with SOE software
• Confidence in NHS-to-private conversion and case acceptance
• Interest in cosmetic or advanced restorative dentistry
