The Role:
• Lead and support a team of 3–5 nurses
• Chairside support across general and specialist treatments
• Oversee clinical flow, surgery readiness & high standards
• Work closely with the Practice Manager & Clinical Director
• Drive compliance, audits & continuous improvement
• Opportunity for Sedation training
• Ideal for someone passionate about Paediatrics & Sedation
What We’re Looking For:
✔ GDC Registered
✔ 4 years’ experience
✔ Current Lead Nurse OR Senior Nurse leading 3 nurses
✔ Confident with compliance & audits
✔ High clinical standards & team-focused mindset
