An established four-surgery mixed dental practice in Essex is looking to welcome a Dental Nurse to its friendly and professional team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable, well-run practice where teamwork, organisation, and patient care are genuinely valued.

The practice combines a small NHS contract with a strong private offering, giving nurses excellent exposure to a wide range of treatments and ensuring a varied and engaging working environment.
Whether you are newly qualified and keen to gain confidence, or you already have one or two years of experience and want to expand your clinical skills, this role offers the support and structure needed to build a successful and rewarding dental career.

🕒 Working Schedule

• Monday – Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
• Friday finish: 16:00
• Lunch break: 30 minutes
• Saturdays: 1–2 per month (08:00 – 13:00) on a fair rota

The practice offers a consistent weekly structure, including an early Friday finish, helping maintain a healthy work–life balance.

🦷 Clinical Experience

This role provides exposure to a wide scope of dentistry, allowing you to develop your clinical confidence and skills. Treatments include:

• General Dentistry
• Orthodontics
• Endodontics
• Dental Implants

You will work closely with experienced clinicians and gain valuable experience supporting both routine and advanced treatments, making this an excellent role for nurses who enjoy learning and professional development.

👩‍⚕️ Candidate Profile

Essential

• GDC-registered Dental Nurse
• Open to newly qualified candidates
• Reliable, organised, and proactive
• Positive team player with a strong patient care focus

Preferred

• Around 1–2 years’ dental nursing experience
• Interest in expanding clinical skills
• Curiosity about treatments such as orthodontics, endodontics, or implants
