We are seeking a reliable, experienced Dental Nurse to take on a Head Nursing position with the opportunity to be trained into a Treatment Coordinator (TCO) role.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to progress clinically and professionally, moving beyond nursing into a more patient-facing coordination role within a modern, digitally focused private practice. ✨

📍 The Role:

• Position: Head Nurse / Trainee TCO
• Employment Type: Permanent
• Practice Type: Private (small NHS contract)
• Working Days: Monday – Friday (4–5 days per week)
• Start Date: ASAP 🚀

⏰ Working Hours:

• Monday – Thursday: 08:30 – 17:00
• Friday: 08:30 – 16:00

💷 Salary:

• £15 – £20 per hour (DOE)

🧩 Role Responsibilities:

• Supporting day-to-day head nursing duties across all clinical areas
• Chairside assistance for general and advanced treatments
• Maintaining high standards of infection control and clinical compliance
• Assisting with smooth patient flow and treatment coordination
• Supporting clinicians in delivering implant, endodontic, and general treatments
• Opportunity to develop into a Treatment Coordinator role over time
• Patient communication and supporting treatment understanding as part of TCO development

📈 Progression Opportunity (TCO Pathway):

This role includes structured development into a Treatment Coordinator position, including:

• Patient case presentation support
• Treatment planning discussions
• Supporting conversion of consultations into treatment uptake
• Acting as a key link between clinician and patient journey

Full training will be provided for the right candidate.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

Essential:

• GDC-registered Dental Nurse
• Reliable, organised, and a strong team player
• Willingness to learn and develop into a TCO role
• Comfortable working in a busy, expanding practice
• Positive, professional communication style

Desirable:

• Full UK driving licence 🚗
• Interest in patient communication, coordination, or sales progression
