🦷 Associate Dentist – Mixed Role (New Patient Focus) | Thurs & Fri 🦷
No UDA Pressure | Private Growth Opportunity | Permanent Position

We are seeking an experienced and patient-focused Associate Dentist to join a well-established mixed practice in a unique, growth-focused role centred around new patient intake and private conversion.
This position is ideal for a clinician who is confident clinically and enjoys building relationships, developing trust, and growing a private patient base over time, rather than working to strict UDA targets. ✨

📍 The Role:

• Position: Associate Dentist
• Employment Type: Permanent
• Practice Type: Mixed
• Working Days: Thursday & Friday
• Start Date: ASAP 🚀

⏰ Working Hours:

• Thursday: 09:00 – 19:00
• Friday: 09:00 – 16:30
• Optional Saturday sessions (09:00 – 13:00) available
• Full-time hours also available across the week if desired

💷 Remuneration:

• £13 per UDA (used flexibly, not target-driven)
• 50% private split 💸
• 50/50 lab fees
• Strong potential to grow private income through new patient conversion

Importantly, there is no strict UDA target—the NHS element is used to support diary building, giving you the time and space to establish relationships and develop private treatment plans naturally.

• General Dentistry
• Invisalign / Orthodontics
• Implants

🧩 Role Focus:

• Managing and treating a steady flow of new patients
• Building trust and long-term patient relationships
• Converting appropriate cases into private treatment plans
• Delivering high-quality, ethical dentistry with a patient-first approach
• Growing and maintaining your own private patient list over time

✅ What We’re Looking For:

Essential:

• GDC-registered Dentist with NHS Performer Number
• Previous experience in general dentistry
• Confident clinician capable of building and developing a patient list
• Strong communication skills and a relationship-driven approach
• Patient, professional, and commercially aware mindset
