Dual-Site Practice Manager – Central London (Private)
Location: Central London (two sites, 10 minutes apart)
Employment: Permanent, Full-Time
Hours: Mon-Thurs 8am–8pm, Fri 8am–6pm (fixed schedule across both sites)
Salary: £45,000–£55,000 performance bonus (OTE up to £100,000 )

Are you a commercially driven, strategic leader with a passion for growing high-performing dental businesses? We’re looking for an experienced Practice Manager to lead and scale our dual-site, multi-disciplinary practice, primarily focused on orthodontics.
Our practices have 33 surgeries in total (23 in the main site, 10 in the second site), and we’re seeking a confident, hands-on manager to oversee both locations.

- Lead day-to-day operations across both sites
- Drive strategic growth and implement business scaling initiatives
- Oversee a high-performing, multidisciplinary team
- Ensure excellent patient experience and operational efficiency
- Manage financial performance and targets
Essential:
- Minimum 10 years’ management experience, ideally in a private orthodontic dental practice
- BSc in Business Management
- Experience leading large practices and implementing growth strategies
- Ability to travel between sites (10-minute distance)
- Stable career history (ideally no more than 2 job changes in the last 5 years)
- Experience with Exact software
- £45,000–£55,000 base salary performance bonus (total OTE up to £100,000 )
