We are seeking an experienced and motivated Treatment Co-ordinator (TCO) to join a well-established Specialist Orthodontic practice in Ealing. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and patient-focused TCO looking to join a professional and supportive team.
🗓 Working Pattern

• Monday to Friday
• Plus 1 Saturday per month
• 40 hours per week

🦷 About the Role As a Treatment Co-ordinator, you will play a key role in guiding patients through their orthodontic journey — from initial consultation through to treatment acceptance and completion. You will be responsible for building strong patient relationships, discussing treatment plans and finance options, and helping to convert consultations into accepted treatments.
✅ Essential Requirements

• Previous experience as a Dental Treatment Co-ordinator (TCO)
• Strong communication and sales skills
• Confident discussing treatment plans and finance options
• Professional, organised, and patient-focused

• Experience using Exact dental software
