The Role
As a Treatment Co-ordinator, you will play a vital role in guiding patients through their orthodontic journey—from initial enquiry to treatment acceptance. You’ll combine excellent customer service with strong sales skills to maximise case conversions and deliver an outstanding patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Present and explain orthodontic treatment plans with confidence
- Convert consultations into accepted treatment through effective sales techniques
- Deliver exceptional patient care and build long-term relationships
- Manage patient enquiries and follow up on leads
- Support clinicians with patient communication and case coordination
- Use Exact software to maintain accurate patient records
- Previous Treatment Co-ordinator experience (essential)
- Strong sales and conversion skills
- Solid knowledge of orthodontics (essential)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised, proactive, and target-driven
- Experience with Exact software (desirable)
- Position: Treatment Co-ordinator
- Location: Rickmansworth
- Practice Type: Mixed NHS & Private (Specialist Orthodontics)
- Hours: 09:00 – 18:00
- Days: Monday to Friday some Saturdays
- Salary: £40,000 attractive conversion bonus
