We are seeking an experienced, confident, and commercially minded Treatment Coordinator (TCO) to join a busy and well-established mixed dental practice. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a patient-facing, relationship-driven role, where communication, trust-building, and case conversion are key.

As the bridge between clinician and patient, you will play a vital role in guiding patients through their treatment journey, ensuring they feel fully informed, supported, and confident in their decisions at every stage. 🦷✨

📅 Working Pattern:

• Monday – Friday
• Monday / Wednesday / Friday: 08:45 – 17:15
• Tuesday: 07:45 – 20:15
• Thursday: 10:00 – 18:15
• Structured working week within a supportive clinical environment

💷 Salary & Package:

• £28,000 – £29,000 basic salary
• Strong commission structure rewarding performance and case conversion 💸

🧩 Role & Responsibilities:

• Acting as the primary point of contact for patients considering treatment
• Delivering structured and confident treatment consultations
• Clearly explaining treatment options, benefits, timelines, and costs
• Supporting clinicians to improve case acceptance and diary optimisation
• Managing and following up on leads and patient enquiries to ensure no opportunity is missed 📞
• Coordinating complex treatment journeys including implants, Invisalign, and cosmetic cases
• Building strong, long-term patient relationships based on trust and communication 🤝
• Working closely with the clinical and reception teams to ensure a seamless patient experience
• Supporting overall practice growth through effective communication and conversion

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Treatment Coordinator (essential)
• Proven success in case acceptance, sales, or patient conversion within dentistry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—confident, empathetic, and professional
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple patient journeys simultaneously
• Proactive, results-driven mindset with a strong focus on patient care and outcomes
• Experience with Dentally software (desirable but not essential)
