🌟 Associate Dentist – Private Practice Opportunity (Flexible Days) | Fulham, London 🌟

We are seeking a confident and motivated Associate Dentist to join a modern, fully private dental practice in Fulham, London. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician looking for clinical variety, flexibility, and exposure to advanced private dentistry, within a supportive and well-equipped environment. 🦷✨

The role offers a strong mix of general and advanced dentistry, with opportunities to develop skills in oral surgery, orthodontics, implants, and Invisalign, making it ideal for a dentist looking to progress within a high-quality private setting.

📅 Working Pattern:

• Tuesday and/or Friday (Tuesday preferred if selecting one day)
• Tuesday: 10:00 – 19:00
• Friday: 10:00 – 18:00
• Optional: 1–2 Saturdays per month: 10:00 – 16:00
• Flexible arrangements considered depending on availability

💷 Remuneration:

• 40% private
• 50% laboratory fees 💸
• Higher rates may be considered for specialist dentists or advanced skill sets

🧩 Role & Responsibilities:

• Delivering high-quality general and private dental care
• Managing a mix of restorative and cosmetic treatments
• Opportunity to develop or expand skills in oral surgery and implant dentistry
• Working with advanced digital systems including iTero scanning and Dentally
• Building strong, long-term patient relationships 🤝
• Ensuring excellent communication and clear treatment planning
• Contributing to case acceptance and high-quality patient experience
• Working collaboratively within a small, experienced, and supportive team

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• GDC-registered Dentist (essential)
• Confident in general dentistry
• Interest or experience in oral surgery or implants (desirable)
• Strong communication skills and a patient-focused, ethical approach
• Comfortable working independently while contributing to a team environment
• Specialist experience welcomed with scope for enhanced remuneration
