We are seeking a motivated and clinically confident Associate Dentist to join a well-established mixed NHS and private practice in Worthing. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a role that offers both NHS stability and significant private earning potential, within a modern, well-equipped environment. ✨

This position is particularly suited to a clinician who enjoys building patient relationships, delivering high-quality care, and identifying opportunities to develop private treatment alongside NHS work.

📍 The Role:

• Position: Associate Dentist
• Employment Type: Permanent, Part-Time
• Start Date: ASAP 🚀

📅 Working Pattern:

• Monday, Tuesday, Friday
• 1–2 Saturdays per month (high private demand)
• Monday: 08:30 – 19:00 (late clinic)
• Tuesday & Friday: 08:30 – 17:00
• Saturdays offer strong opportunity for private-focused clinics

💷 Remuneration:

• Up to £15 per UDA (DOE)
• 45% private split 💸
• 50/50 lab fees
• Excellent private earning potential, particularly through Saturday clinics and advanced treatments

• Established 7-surgery mixed practice
• Modern, fully equipped clinical environment with digital workflows and intraoral scanners
• Wide range of treatments offered in-house
• Busy, well-maintained patient list with strong demand for both NHS and private care
• Software: SOE (Software of Excellence)
• Convenient location with:
  • Bus stop directly outside 🚌
  • Close proximity to train station 🚆
  • Parking available on surrounding residential streets 🚗

🦷 Clinical Scope:

You will have the opportunity to work across a wide range of treatments, including:

• General Dentistry
• Endodontics
• Oral Surgery
• Implants

The practice actively supports clinicians who wish to expand their clinical skillset, particularly in advanced or higher-value treatments.

🧩 Role & Responsibilities:

• Delivering high-quality NHS and private dental care
• Building strong patient relationships and promoting continuity of care 🤝
• Confidently presenting treatment options and supporting case acceptance
• Identifying and developing opportunities for private treatment growth
• Maintaining accurate clinical records using SOE software
• Working collaboratively within a busy, supportive team environment

✅ What We’re Looking For:

Essential:

• GDC-registered Dentist
• Confident in delivering general dentistry independently
• Professional, reliable, and patient-focused approach
• Comfortable providing both NHS and private treatments

Desirable:

• Interest or experience in endodontics, oral surgery, or implants
• Ability to confidently present and convert private treatment plans
• A proactive, growth-oriented mindset with interest in building a private portfolio
