An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Associate Dentist to take ownership of a brand-new surgery within a thriving and well-established mixed practice.

This is a private-focused position (Wednesday–Friday), specifically designed for a clinician who is motivated to build and grow a private patient base with the full backing of an established practice and ongoing marketing investment. ✨

Unlike a fully pre-booked diary, this role offers something more valuable—the autonomy and support to build a high-quality, sustainable private list from the ground up.

💷 Remuneration & Earning Potential:

• 50% private split 💸

🦷 Clinical Scope:

• General Private Dentistry
• Invisalign / Orthodontics
• Implants
• Cosmetic dentistry
• Facial aesthetics (Botox)

This role is well suited to a clinician who is confident in comprehensive treatment planning and comfortable discussing larger, high-value treatment plans with patients.

🧩 Role Focus:

• Building and developing a private patient list from new enquiries
• Delivering high-quality, ethical private dentistry
• Converting enquiries into treatment through clear communication and trust-building
• Working closely with the team to ensure a smooth and consistent patient journey
• Contributing to the continued growth and success of the practice

✅ What We’re Looking For:

Essential:

• GDC-registered Dentist with solid clinical experience
• Confident in general dentistry and private treatment planning
• Comfortable building a list through new patient intake
• Strong communication skills with a relationship-focused approach
• Commercial awareness balanced with ethical, patient-first care
