Position Details
- Position: Treatment Coordinator (TCO)
- Employment Term: Permanent, Full Time

- Location: Harley Street
- Working Days: Monday to Friday and 1 Saturday
- Hours: 08:45 – 18:00 | Saturday: 08:45 – 14:00
- Software: Exact
- Dentistry: General, Specialist Orthodontics, Implants, Cosmetic
- Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum (depending on experience)
- Start Date: ASAP
- Managing patient journeys from initial consultation through to treatment completion
- Presenting treatment plans clearly and confidently to patients
- Supporting clinicians with case acceptance and conversion
- Delivering an exceptional patient experience at every stage
- Handling patient enquiries and maintaining strong relationships
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Treatment Coordinator (TCO)
- Strong sales ability with a proven track record of case conversion
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Professional, confident, and well-presented
- Ability to build trust and rapport with patients
- Experience using Exact software is desirable
