Treatment Co-ordinator (TCO)
Full-Time | Permanent | Private Practice
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Treatment Co-ordinator (TCO) to join a well-established private specialist dental practice, working across two modern clinics.
Location: 2 days in Balham, 3 days in Clapham
Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)
• 4 shifts: 8:30am – 5:30pm
• 1 shift: 10:30am – 7:30pm
• No weekends

Salary: £15–£17 per hour consistent bonus structure
About the Role:

• Supporting patients through their treatment journey with a strong focus on case acceptance
• Presenting and discussing treatment plans, particularly implants
• Building excellent patient relationships and ensuring a high level of care
• Working closely with clinicians and the wider team in a specialist setting
• Using Carestack dental software

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Treatment Co-ordinator or strong dental nursing background
• Experience working within a private dental practice
• Excellent knowledge of dental implants is essential
• Strong communication and organisational skills
