🦷 Associate Dentist – Mixed Practice (New Patient Focus)
Permanent Role | Tuesday & Wednesday | Private Growth Opportunity | Uncapped Potential

We are recruiting for an experienced Associate Dentist to join a well-established mixed practice in a dedicated new patient–focused role, working two days per week (Tuesday and Wednesday).

This position is ideal for a clinician who enjoys building rapport, developing patient trust, and gradually growing a private patient base, rather than operating within traditional UDA-driven structures. ✨

A small NHS contract is in place (Thursdays and Fridays), currently covered by other clinicians, meaning this role remains primarily focused on new patient intake and private treatment conversion, with strong long-term earning potential.
