We are seeking a motivated and clinically confident Associate Dentist to join a modern, fully private, patient-focused practice near Blackpool. This is a strong opportunity to work in a high-quality clinical environment delivering a wide range of treatments within a supportive and well-structured team. 🦷✨

The role offers excellent clinical variety across general dentistry, implants, Invisalign, and endodontics, making it ideal for a dentist looking to develop skills while maintaining flexibility and a healthy work–life balance.

📅 Working Pattern

• Flexible 2–5 days per week (tailored to your availability)
• Monday – Friday: 09:00 – 17:00
• Tuesday: 09:00 – 19:00 (extended hours)
• 1 in 3 Saturdays: 09:00 – 15:00
• Flexible structure to support individual working preferences

💷 Remuneration

• 40–45% of fees (negotiable depending on experience)
• Attractive bonus opportunities for Invisalign, endodontics, and root canal treatments 💸

🧩 Role & Responsibilities

• Delivering high-quality general and private dentistry across a varied patient base
• Providing cosmetic and restorative treatments, including Invisalign cases
• Carrying out or developing endodontic and root canal treatment skills (bonus potential)
• Building long-term patient relationships based on trust and communication 🤝
• Maintaining accurate clinical records using Dentally
• Collaborating with the wider clinical team to ensure smooth patient journeys
• Supporting case acceptance and growth of private treatment uptake

👤 Candidate Requirements

Essential:

• GDC-registered Dentist
• Confident in general dentistry with solid clinical experience
• Strong communication skills with a patient-focused, ethical approach
• Professional, reliable, and comfortable working independently and within a team

Desirable:

• Experience or interest in Invisalign and endodontics
• Motivation to develop private and advanced restorative skills
