📍 Role Overview
- Position: Head Nurse / Trainee Treatment Coordinator
- Employment: Permanent
- Practice Type: Private (with small NHS contract)
- Working pattern: 4–5 days per week (Monday–Friday)
- Start: ASAP 🚀
- Monday – Thursday: 08:30 – 17:00
- Friday: 08:30 – 16:00
- £15 – £20 per hour (depending on experience)

- Digital systems and streamlined workflows
- Treatments include general dentistry, implants, and endodontics
- Software: Pearl
- On-site parking available (rota-based) 🚗
- Supportive, forward-thinking team environment
- Supporting day-to-day Head Nurse duties across all clinical areas
- Chairside assistance for both general and advanced treatments
- Maintaining high standards of infection control and compliance
- Supporting patient flow and treatment coordination
- Assisting clinicians with implants, endodontics, and general dentistry
- Developing patient communication and coordination skills as part of TCO progression
This role includes a clear and supported transition into a Treatment Coordinator position, including:
- Assisting with case presentations
- Supporting treatment planning discussions
- Helping convert consultations into treatment uptake
- Acting as a key link between clinician and patient journey
- Full training provided for the right candidate
Essential:
- GDC-registered Dental Nurse
- Organised, reliable, and confident team player
- Willingness to develop into a TCO role
- Strong communication and patient interaction skills
- Comfortable working in a busy, growing practice
- Full UK driving licence 🚗
- Interest in patient communication, coordination, or progression into a more commercial/client-facing role
- Genuine career progression from Head Nurse into TCO
- Exposure to digital dentistry and advanced private treatments
- Stable, growing practice with strong patient demand
