Are you a skilled Dental Nurse ready to step into something more than traditional chairside work?

This is an exciting opportunity to join a progressive mixed practice (with a small NHS contract) offering a blended Dental Nurse / Treatment Coordinator (TCO) role. You’ll play a key part in supporting implant clinics while also helping guide patients through their treatment journeys.

🕒 Working Pattern

• Wednesday & Thursday: 08:45 – 17:15
• Friday & Saturday: 08:45 – 18:00
• Permanent position
• Structured midweek-to-weekend schedule

Fridays and Saturdays are key implant clinic days, giving you consistent exposure to advanced procedures and patient coordination.

🦷 Clinical & TCO Focus

You’ll divide your time between:

Chairside Support

• General Dentistry
• Implant Surgery
• Surgical assistance during advanced procedures

Treatment Coordination

• Running and supporting implant clinics (Friday–Saturday)
• Discussing treatment plans and options with patients
• Supporting case presentation and conversion
• Building rapport and guiding patients through their journey

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone open to developing their communication and case-management skills alongside strong clinical work.

Essential:

• GDC-registered Dental Nurse
• Skilled, confident chairside
• Reliable and professional

• Surgical/implant experience

• Open to further training and development
