Our 6-surgery mixed Private & NHS clinic boasts a warm, supportive environment of dentists, hygienists, and nurses. Due to continued growth, we’re excited to welcome a skilled Dental Nurse to our close-knit team.

📌 Role Details
  • Position: Dental Nurse
  • Employment: Full-time or Part-time (3–5 days per week on a rota)
  • Hours: 08:30–17:30 (30-minute lunch)
  • Days: Monday–Friday (rota-based, with some flexibility)
  • Practice Type: Mixed Private / NHS
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Salary: £14–£16 per hour (higher end for experience & added responsibilities)
  • Software: Dentally
  • Treatment Mix: General Dentistry Monthly Implant Clinics
🦷 Your Core Responsibilities Chairside Excellence
  • Provide outstanding chairside support to dentists and hygienists
  • Assist with a wide range of treatments, from routine care to advanced procedures
  • Support the implant dentist during monthly implant sessions
Sterilisation & Infection Control
  • Maintain a clean, safe clinical environment in line with HTM 01-05 and cross-infection standards
  • Sterilise, organise, and prepare instruments and equipment
Patient Care & Communication
  • Welcome patients warmly and help them feel at ease
  • Provide reassurance and clear explanations when needed
  • Maintain a compassionate, patient-centred approach throughout their visit
Practice Support & Workflow
  • Ensure surgeries are well-stocked and operating efficiently
  • Accurately update patient notes on Dentally
  • Assist with reception duties when needed (experience desirable)
  • Be a positive, collaborative member of the nursing team
What We’re Looking For
  • GDC-registered Dental Nurse (essential)
  • Strong communication skills (spoken & written English)
  • Warm, proactive, professional attitude
  • Confident working within a busy clinical team
  • Desirable: Dentally experience & reception/front-of-house experience
  • Commitment to consistency, quality, and excellent patient care
