🏥 Practice Overview
Currently operating with two surgeries and preparing to expand into a four-surgery site, this practice offers a progressive, tech-driven environment for clinicians who want to develop their skills.
- Fully digital workflows
- Advanced equipment including iTero scanner, digital radiography, and implant systems
- Broad treatment offering: general dentistry, orthodontics, implants, and endodontics
- Strong emphasis on modern clinical standards and growth
- 3 days per week: Monday, Tuesday, and Friday
- 9:00am – 5:00pm
- Opportunity to increase days as the practice expands
- Mixed NHS and private role
- UDA rate: £13–£14 (depending on experience)
- Approximate target aligned with working days
- 45% private split (flexible for the right candidate)
- Increasing potential for private income as the practice grows

👩⚕️ Candidate Profile
Essential:
- 2–3 years’ experience in general dentistry
- GDC registration with an active performer number
- Confident working within a mixed NHS/private setting
- Strong commitment to patient care and clinical quality
- Experience or interest in:
- Endodontics
- Dental implants
- Invisalign or orthodontics
- Cosmetic dentistry
