A high-end private dental practice in the Marylebone area is seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist / Treatment Coordinator (TCO) to join their professional and patient-focused team on a full-time basis.
Role Details

• Position: Dental Receptionist / TCO
• Employment Type: Full-time, permanent
• Days: Monday to Friday
• Hours: 40 hours per week (rota-based)
  
  • 07:30 – 16:30
  • 09:30 – 18:30
• Dentistry Type: Private – General & Specialist
• Dental Software: EXACT

Key Responsibilities

• Providing a high standard of patient care and customer service
• Managing appointments, recalls, and patient enquiries
• Supporting treatment coordination and case acceptance
• Handling payments and maintaining accurate patient records
• Liaising with clinicians and supporting the smooth running of the practice

Requirements Essential:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience working in a private dental practice
• Strong working knowledge of EXACT software
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Professional, confident, and patient-focused approach

Desirable:

• Previous experience in a TCO role
• Background in specialist or high-end private dentistry
