TREATMENT COORDINATOR (TCO) – PRIVATE DENTAL PRACTICE

📍 Chiswick | 💷 £35,000 Generous Monthly Bonus | 🦷 Full-Time (40 Hours, Mon–Sun)

Dental Recruit Network is proud to be working in partnership with a well-established 3-surgery private practice in Chiswick, seeking an experienced and commercially driven Treatment Coordinator to join their growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident TCO who thrives in a private setting and enjoys guiding patients through high-value cosmetic and implant treatments.

🦷 About the Role

You will play a key part in delivering an exceptional patient journey, particularly for:

• Composite bonding
• Invisalign
• Implants

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting patient consultations, listening carefully to concerns and clearly explaining treatment options, timescales, risks and costs
• Collaborating closely with clinicians to create and present tailored treatment plans
• Coordinating appointments and managing the full patient journey, including follow-ups
• Providing transparent financial information, including estimates, insurance guidance and payment options
• Keeping patients fully informed on progress and aftercare
• Maintaining accurate clinical and financial records on Dentally

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Proven TCO experience in a private dental setting
• Strong background in cosmetic dentistry and implants (composite bonding, Invisalign and implant cases essential)
• Confident communicator with excellent commercial awareness
• Highly organised, patient-focused and detail-driven
