🦷 Private Dental Associate Permanent | 2 Days per Week (Scope to Increase) | 45% Split | Start ASAP

Are you a personable, quality-driven clinician looking to grow within a well-established private setting? We’re seeking a Private Dental Associate to join our friendly 3-surgery practice for Wednesdays and either Monday or Friday, with genuine scope to increase days over time.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a dentist who values patient relationships, understands the importance of time management, and wants to build something long-term within a supportive, stable team.

🗓 Working Pattern

• Wednesday Monday or Friday
• 9:00am – 5:00pm
• Friday finish at 4:30pm
• Potential to increase days as demand grows

💷 Earnings

• 45% private split
• Open and transparent discussion around realistic income expectations at interview
• Established patient base with strong Denplan membership
• Excellent scope to build further private income

🏥 About the Practice

• Fully private, Denplan-led practice
• 3 modern surgeries
• Each day typically 2 dentists and 1 hygienist on-site
• Loyal, regularly attending patient base
• Strong team tenure and positive working culture
• SOE dental software
• Parking available on residential roads nearby

• General Dentistry
• Oral Surgery
• Endodontics
• Internal referrals for Implants and Orthodontics

Implants and orthodontics are currently referred out, creating opportunity for a clinician who may wish to develop or introduce these services in the future.

Essential:

• Confident in General Dentistry
• Reliable and ideally locally based
• Patient-focused with excellent communication skills

Desirable:

• Experience with SOE software
• A genuine interest in private dentistry beyond financial motivation
• Someone who understands the value of clinical time
• A clinician who enjoys people and building long-term relationships
