About the Role
Dental Recruit Network is supporting a busy, modern dental practice in Camden seeking a Dental Receptionist with Treatment Coordinator duties to join their friendly and professional team.
This position is primarily reception-focused, while also assisting with coordinating patient journeys across general, cosmetic, implant, Invisalign and orthodontic treatments.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 08:30 – 17:30
Reception cover forms a key part of this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming patients and managing appointments using SOE software
- Delivering excellent patient care and support throughout treatment
- Assisting with treatment coordination and planning discussions
- Building strong patient relationships and ensuring a positive experience
- Previous experience in DENTAL reception, Treatment Coordinator, or patient care roles within dentistry
- Warm, empathetic manner with strong communication skills
- A proactive team player committed to outstanding patient service
