Rate of pay: Up to £16ph depending on experience and qualifications (negotiable for the right candidate)
Location: Tunbridge Wells, TN1 – Just a 4-minute walk from Tunbridge Wells Station

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified dental nurse who is ready to step up into a leadership position — or for an existing lead nurse who would like to join a supportive, forward-thinking environment.
About the Role
You’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of clinical operations while maintaining the highest standards of patient care and infection control. The role offers an excellent balance between hands-on clinical support and team coordination.
Typical Working Hours:
- Monday: 9am – 5pm
- Wednesday: 8am – 8pm
- Thursday: 8am – 8pm
- Friday: 9am – 5:30pm
- Alternate Saturdays: 9am – 5pm
- Competitive hourly rate –Up to £16 per hour (negotiable depending on experience)
- GDC registration and indemnity covered

- GDC registered Dental Nurse
- Previous experience in a lead or senior dental nurse role desirable
- Confident supporting general and specialist dentistry
- Strong communication, organisational, and leadership skills

The practice is conveniently located in Lonsdale Gardens, just a 4-minute walk from Tunbridge Wells Railway Station, offering excellent public transport links to London and surrounding areas.
