Position Details

• Role: Qualified Dental Nurse
• Employment Type: Permanent, part-time 3 day per week
• Working Hours: between Monday – Friday (days to be confirmed), 9:00am – 5:30pm
• Salary: £16–£17 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)
• Start Date:  February

About the Role As a Qualified Dental Nurse, you’ll be supporting a multi-disciplinary team of dental professionals, including implantologists, orthodontists, endodontists, and periodontists. This is a varied position where you will play a key role in both clinical and administrative areas, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and an exceptional patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide efficient and professional chairside assistance for general and specialist treatments
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, instruments, and materials
• Ensure full compliance with cross-infection control and decontamination protocols
• Support digital radiography and scanning procedures
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Assist with reception duties when required, including managing appointments, patient communication, and payments
• Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold the highest standards of patient care

Requirements

• GDC Registered Dental Nurse
• Minimum 2 years’ experience (experience within a specialist practice desirable)
• Knowledge of SOE (Exact) software
• CBCT or intra-oral scanner experience is an advantage
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
• Professional, reliable, and patient-focused attitude
• Ideally local to Crouch End / Hornsey (N8)
