We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established private dental practice in Cookham for an experienced Treatment Coordinator to join their professional and friendly team.

• Position: Treatment Coordinator
• Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
• Practice Type: Private
• Start Date: ASAP

⏰ Working Hours

• Monday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
• Tuesday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
• Wednesday: 9:00am – 8:00pm
• Thursday: 9:00am – 5:30pm
• Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
• Saturday: 9:00am – 3:00pm (some Saturdays required)

🦷 Dentistry

• Cosmetic
• Orthodontics

💻 Dental Software

• Exact (desirable)

💷 Salary & Benefits

• £30,000 per annum performance-based bonus
• Commission structure in place

✅ Requirements

• Essential: Proven experience as a Treatment Coordinator (TCO)
• Strong patient communication and treatment presentation skills
• Ability to confidently convert treatment plans
• Highly organised and patient-focused

• Experience using Exact dental software
