💷 £32,000 – £40,000 per annum (DOE)

Are you an experienced Orthodontic Dental Nurse ready to combine your clinical expertise with Treatment Coordinator responsibilities?
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established mixed practice where orthodontics is delivered on a private basis only.

This role offers the perfect balance:
- 3 days clinical nursing (orthodontics focus)
- 2 days dedicated TCO duties
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
- Wednesday: 10:00am – 7:30pm
Clinical (3 days):
- Chairside support for orthodontic procedures
- Assisting with fixed and removable appliances
- iTero scanning and dental photography
- Ensuring high cross-infection standards
- Conducting patient consultations
- Explaining treatment options, timelines and fees clearly
- Presenting treatment plans and converting enquiries into starts
- Managing patient journey from consultation to completion
- Building rapport and ensuring an exceptional patient experience
- Previous orthodontic nursing experience
- Prior TCO experience
- Confident with iTero scanning and dental photography
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience using SOE
