We’re excited to be recruiting a Lead Dental Receptionist to join a modern, high-end private dental practice in the heart of Marylebone. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced dental receptionist looking to step into a leadership role within a friendly, supportive team.
About the Role You’ll be the welcoming face of the practice and a key point of contact for both patients and the wider team. Alongside delivering outstanding customer service, you’ll support and guide the reception team to ensure the practice runs smoothly every day.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and supporting the reception team
- Providing a warm, professional experience for every patient
- Managing appointments, enquiries, and payments
- Using Exact dental software to maintain accurate records
- Working closely with clinicians and management
- Permanent position: Full time (42.5 hours) or 4 days per week
- Hours: Monday–Friday (early finish on Fridays)
- Dentistry: General & Specialist
- Salary: From £16 per hour, depending on experience
- Start Date: ASAP
