🔁 The Role & Progression
- Employment Type: Associate Dentist
- Practice Type: Mixed (approx. 60% NHS / 40% private)
- Initial Focus: Predominantly NHS patients
- Private Transition: Over time (typically within the first year), you are gradually migrated to private, allowing you to build confidence, consistency, and income at a comfortable pace
🗓 Working Pattern
- Monday – Friday
- Flexible: Any 2–5 days per week
- Hours: 09:00 – 17:00
- Excellent work–life balance with no late evenings
- Dentistry: General Dentistry
- Strong patient list
- Excellent support from experienced nursing and management teams
- Dental Software: SOE
- Modern, well-maintained surgeries
- Significant investment underway with surgery expansion doubling capacity
- 50% split on both NHS and private work
- UDA Value: £13.50 – £15 per UDA (depending on experience)
- Consistent NHS demand with reliable earnings from day one
- GDC-registered Dentist
- Experience with SOE
- A clinician comfortable with NHS dentistry and keen to develop private skills over time
