Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm (Fridays finish at 4:30pm)

A welcoming three-surgery private dental practice is seeking a Private Associate Dentist to join their established clinical team. This opportunity is ideal for a dentist who values high-quality patient care, strong relationships, and a long-term professional home within a stable and supportive environment.

Initially, the role will cover two clinical days per week, with clear potential to increase sessions as the patient list grows and demand expands.

🦷 Clinical Work

The incoming Associate will primarily focus on:
  • General Dentistry
  • Oral Surgery
  • Endodontic treatments
Currently, treatments such as Implants and Orthodontics are referred externally, creating future opportunity for a clinician who may wish to introduce or expand these services within the practice.

Essential Qualities
  • Confident delivering general dental treatments
  • Reliable and ideally based within reasonable commuting distance
  • Strong communication skills with a patient-centred approach
  • Interest in building long-term relationships with patients
Desirable
  • Familiarity with SOE practice management software
  • Genuine enthusiasm for private dentistry and quality care
  • Strong appreciation for the value of time, patient communication, and comprehensive treatment planning
