About the Practice:
The practice is conveniently located and easily accessible from Bromley, Sidcup, Orpington, Bexley and Eltham.
As a Dental Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients and will play an important role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the practice.

- Software: SOE (Software of Excellence)
- Monday – Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
- 2 Saturdays per month: 9:00am – 1:00pm
The practice is conveniently located and easily accessible from Bromley, Sidcup, Orpington, Bexley and Eltham.

- Elmstead Woods railway station – approximately 1 mile (1.6 km) away
- Parking available nearby (approximately £3 per day)

Key responsibilities include:
- Welcoming patients and providing excellent customer service
- Managing appointment bookings and clinician diaries
- Handling telephone and email enquiries
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate patient records
- Supporting the wider team to ensure an excellent patient experience
- Previous dental reception experience essential
- Knowledge of SOE would be advantageous
- Friendly, professional and well organised
- Strong communication and customer service skills
