Dental Practice Manager Location: Central London
Salary: £45,000–£55,000 (depending on experience)
A well-established, fully private specialist dental practice based in Central London is seeking an experienced and motivated Dental Practice Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of the clinic. The practice has an excellent reputation for high clinical standards, exceptional patient care and a supportive, professional working environment.
The clinic is shared by two specialist dentists, each supported by their own dedicated nursing and hygiene teams. The team is long-standing and collaborative, creating a friendly and well-organised workplace.
The Role This is a full-time, hands-on management position suited to someone confident, organised and proactive. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the practice, supporting the team and maintaining an outstanding patient journey from first contact to follow-up care.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the practice, ensuring efficiency and high standards
- Lead, support and motivate both clinical and administrative staff
- Manage front-of-house functions including appointment scheduling, recalls and patient records
- Ensure compliance with CQC, GDPR, HTM and health & safety regulations
- Monitor KPIs, practice performance and patient feedback
- Handle patient enquiries and concerns professionally and sensitively
- Liaise with suppliers, laboratories and external service providers
- Oversee billing processes and basic financial controls
- Proven experience as a Dental Practice Manager within a private practice
- Strong knowledge of dental compliance and CQC requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence using dental practice management software (SOE experience preferred)
- Strong IT and organisational skills
- Calm, professional and patient-focused approach
