We are recruiting an experienced Head Dental Nurse for a well-established, values-led dental practice in North West London. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident senior nurse looking to step into, or continue in, a leadership role within a supportive and progressive practice.

Salary
- Up to £18 per hour (dependent on experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, support, and motivate the dental nursing team
- Maintain high clinical standards and ensure compliance
- Assist with rotas, training, and onboarding of new staff
- Work closely with the Principal Dentist and clinical team
- Promote teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
- GDC-registered Dental Nurse (essential)
- Previous Senior or Head Dental Nurse experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proactive, organised, and reliable
- Passionate about patient care and team development
- Competitive hourly rate (up to £18 per hour DOE)
