The Role As our Patient Care Coordinator, you’ll be the main point of contact for patients and a key support to our principal dentists. You’ll manage enquiries, bookings, and follow-ups, while helping ensure a smooth, welcoming patient journey from first contact through to aftercare.
Beyond day-to-day coordination, you’ll contribute to commercial initiatives supporting campaigns such as Invisalign open events, motivating the team toward shared goals, and helping maintain a positive, engaged workplace culture.
We’re looking for someone who balances warmth and professionalism with organisation, initiative, and a proactive mindset.

Practice Overview
- Fully private, modern dental practice
- Treatments include general, cosmetic, restorative dentistry, implants, and oral surgery
- Dental software: Exact
- Multiple award winner for patient care
Working Pattern
- Monday to Friday
- 1–2 Saturdays per month (rota basis)
- Day off in lieu when working a Saturday
- Hours: 8:30–5:30 or 9:00–6:00
What We’re Looking For
- Strong patient communication and organisational skills
- Leadership mindset with a proactive approach
- Comfortable supporting reception when required
- Commercial awareness and enthusiasm for practice growth
- Friendly, professional, and team-focused attitude
- Dental or healthcare coordination experience preferred
