The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced and driven Treatment Co-ordinator to join a busy mixed practice with a strong focus on Specialist Orthodontics. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident, patient-focused professional with a strong sales background to thrive in a rewarding and target-driven environment.
Working Pattern

• Days: Monday – Friday, plus some Saturdays
• Hours: 09:00 – 18:00
• Software: Exact

About the Role As the Treatment Co-ordinator, you will play a key role in guiding patients through their orthodontic journey — from initial consultation through to case acceptance. You will be responsible for:

• Presenting treatment plans and finance options
• Supporting patients in making informed decisions
• Managing follow-ups and conversions
• Working closely with clinicians and the front-of-house team
• Driving case acceptance and achieving conversion targets

Essential Requirements

• Previous experience as a Treatment Co-ordinator
• Strong knowledge of orthodontic treatments
• Proven sales experience with a track record of converting consultations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, organised and target-driven
