We are seeking a Dental Hygienist or Therapist to join a modern, fully private, patient-focused practice in Blackpool. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a high-quality clinical environment, alongside a supportive and experienced team delivering a wide range of treatments including general dentistry, implants, Invisalign, and endodontics. 🦷✨

This role is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about preventive dentistry, patient education, and delivering an exceptional hygiene experience, with a strong emphasis on long-term oral health outcomes and patient care quality.

📅 Working Pattern:

• 3–5 days per week (flexible)
• Monday – Friday: 09:00 – 17:00
• Tuesday extended hours: 09:00 – 19:00
• 1 in 3 Saturdays: 09:00 – 15:00
• Flexibility available to support work-life balance

💷 Salary:

• Competitive and flexible – open to hourly rate expectations (DOE) 💸

  • General Dentistry

• Fully digital workflow using Dentally software

🧩 Role & Responsibilities:

• Delivering high-quality hygiene and/or therapy treatments to private patients
• Providing GBT (Guided Biofilm Therapy) and Airflow treatments
• Educating patients on oral hygiene, prevention, and long-term maintenance 🪥
• Working closely with clinicians to support comprehensive treatment planning and patient pathways
• Building strong, long-term patient relationships and continuity of care 🤝
• Maintaining accurate clinical records and ensuring full compliance with professional standards
• Contributing to a positive, calm, and high-performing clinical environment

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• GDC-registered Dental Hygienist or Therapist (essential)
• Experience with GBT and/or Airflow systems (essential)
• Strong communication skills with a patient-focused and empathetic approach
• Professional, organised, and confident working independently
• A proactive team player who contributes positively to the wider clinical team
