Permanent Position | 4–5 Days Weekly
A long-standing mixed dental practice in Ipswich is looking to welcome an Associate Dentist to its close-knit and supportive team. This role is ideal for someone who is confident in NHS dentistry, with the added benefit of offering private and cosmetic treatments in a calm, patient-led setting.

This established clinic delivers a combination of NHS and private care, with a heavier NHS focus. The environment is friendly and well-organised, allowing clinicians to work efficiently while maintaining high standards of care.
• Two fully equipped, modern surgeries
• Strong emphasis on patient relationships and continuity of care
• Supportive team with a relaxed, low-pressure approach
• On-site parking available for convenience
📅 Working Pattern
• Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
• No weekends or bank holidays
• Predictable schedule supporting a healthy work–life balance
💷 Pay & Structure
• 50% split on treatments
• NHS rate up to £13 per UDA
• Consistent NHS workload with scope for private treatments
• Secure, long-term role with achievable targets

You’ll be delivering general dental care, largely NHS-based, while also having the flexibility to carry out cosmetic treatments where appropriate. With a stable patient list and supportive systems in place, this is a great opportunity to build a steady and rewarding workload.
👩⚕️ About You
Essential:
• GDC registered with UK working rights
• At least 2 years’ post-qualification experience
• Comfortable working within an NHS framework
• Professional, dependable, and patient-focused
Desirable:
• Previous NHS experience
• Interest in cosmetic dentistry
