🌟 Dental Nurse – Private Practice | Clinical Variety & Career Development  - Blackpool, Lancashire🌟

We are looking for a GDC-registered Dental Nurse to join a well-established, modern private dental practice. This is a fantastic opportunity for a nurse who is reliable, patient-focused, and keen to develop their clinical skills within a high-quality environment.

Working alongside an experienced clinical team, you’ll be involved in a wide range of treatments including general dentistry, implants, Invisalign, and endodontics, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys clinical variety and continuous learning. 🦷

📅 Working Pattern:

• 4–5 days per week (flexible to suit)
• Monday – Friday: 09:00 – 17:00
• Tuesday (late): 09:00 – 19:00
• 1 in 3 Saturdays: 09:00 – 15:00

💷 Salary:

• Competitive and dependent on experience (TBC)

🏥 About the Practice:

• Fully private, patient-focused practice with a strong emphasis on quality over quantity
• Wide-ranging treatments including:
  • General Dentistry
  • Implant Dentistry
  • Invisalign and Cosmetic Treatments
  • Some Endodontics
• Digital systems and workflows using Dentally software
• A collaborative, supportive team environment with a focus on clinical excellence and patient experience

🧩 Role & Responsibilities:

• Providing high-quality chairside support across a variety of procedures
• Assisting with advanced treatments, including implants and cosmetic cases
• Preparing surgeries and ensuring all instruments, materials, and equipment are ready for use
• Maintaining exceptional cross-infection control standards and compliance at all times
• Supporting clinicians to ensure efficient and smooth-running appointments
• Delivering a reassuring and professional experience for patients throughout their visit
• Assisting with stock control, decontamination processes, and general clinical organisation
• Contributing to a positive and efficient team dynamic across the practice

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• GDC-registered Dental Nurse (essential)
• Reliable, punctual, and highly professional in approach
• Strong communication skills with a genuine focus on patient care and comfort
• Ability to work confidently in a busy, fast-paced clinical environment
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Experience in private dentistry or familiarity with Dentally software is advantageous
