We are seeking an experienced and driven Treatment Coordinator (TCO) to join a busy, well-established mixed dental practice. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on patient interaction, case presentation, and converting interest into high-quality treatment uptake.

You’ll play a key role in the patient journey—acting as the bridge between clinician and patient—ensuring every individual feels informed, confident, and supported in their treatment decisions. 🦷

📅 Working Pattern:
  • Monday – Friday
  • Mon, Wed, Fri: 08:45 – 17:15
  • Tuesday: 07:45 – 20:15
  • Thursday: 10:00 – 18:15
💷 Salary & Package:
  • £28,000 – £29,000 basic salary
  • Attractive commission structure 💸 (rewarding performance and case conversion)
🏥 About the Practice:
  • Modern, mixed dental practice with a strong reputation for high-quality patient care

    • General Dentistry
    • Implants
    • Invisalign

  • Digital systems and workflows using Dentally software
🧩 The Role – What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Acting as the main point of contact for patients considering treatment
  • Delivering structured treatment consultations, clearly explaining options, benefits, and costs
  • Supporting clinicians by increasing case acceptance and optimising diaries
  • Following up on leads and enquiries, ensuring no opportunity is missed 📞
  • Coordinating complex treatment plans (implants, aligners, cosmetic cases) from enquiry through to completion
  • Building strong relationships with patients to create trust, confidence, and long-term loyalty
  • Working closely with the wider team to maintain a seamless, high-end patient experience
✅ What We’re Looking For:
  • Minimum 1 year’s experience as a Treatment Coordinator 🦷
  • Proven ability in sales and case conversion within a dental setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills—confident, empathetic, and professional
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple patient journeys simultaneously
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on results and patient satisfaction
  • Dentally experience desirable, but not essential
