🦷 Associate Dentist Role – North London (Hornsey)
Part-Time | Mixed NHS & Private | Expanding Practice
A forward-thinking dental practice in the Hornsey area is on the lookout for an Associate Dentist to join its growing team. This is a great opportunity to step into a practice that’s actively evolving, with plans in motion to move into a brand-new, larger premises in the near future.
🏥 About the Practice
Currently operating from a two-surgery site, the clinic is preparing to expand into a four-surgery facility, offering an exciting environment for a dentist keen to grow alongside the business.
• Fully digital setup
• Modern technology including iTero scanner & digital imaging
• Services include general dentistry, implants, ortho, and endodontics
• Strong focus on innovation and clinical development
📅 Working Schedule
• 3 days per week: Monday, Tuesday & Friday
• 9:00am – 5:00pm
• Scope to increase sessions as the practice grows
💷 Remuneration Package
• Mixed NHS/private position
• UDA rate between £13–£14 (DOE)
• 45% private split (negotiable)
• Growing private income potential as the list expands
🦷 Role Overview
This position involves delivering both NHS and private treatments, with the flexibility to develop additional clinical interests. You’ll be supported by a well-equipped practice and a team that encourages progression and skill-building.
👩⚕️ Ideal Candidate
Essential:
• 2 years’ experience in general dentistry
• GDC registered with active performer number
• Comfortable managing a mixed workload
• Patient-focused with high clinical standards
Desirable:
• Interest or experience in:
– Endodontics
– Implants
– Invisalign/orthodontics
– Aesthetic dentistry
Dentists with a passion for developing specialist skills will be supported in growing these within the practice.
