🌟 The Role Position: Associate Dentist
Employment Type: Permanent
Practice Type: Mixed (50% NHS / 50% Private)

• 📅 Working Days: Flexible (Mondays preferred)
• ⏰ Hours: 08:30am – 5:00pm

This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys autonomy and growth—you’ll be taking over from a departing dentist, with a small number of existing cases, but largely building your own list and clinical workflow.

🦷 Clinical Scope

This is a clinically diverse position with excellent scope to utilise and expand your skills:

• General Dentistry 🪥
• Dental Implants (key focus) 🔩
• Orthodontics 😁

With a CBCT scanner on-site, you’ll have access to the technology needed to confidently plan and deliver advanced implant treatments in-house.

This role requires a clinician who is confident, motivated, and ready to take ownership:

Essential:

• 🔩 Qualified and experienced Implant Dental Surgeon
• 🦷 Strong general dentistry skills
• 💪 Ability to build and grow a patient list
• 🗣️ Excellent communication and patient care skills

Ideal:

• 🌟 Experience in mixed practice environments
• 😁 Interest or experience in orthodontics
• 📈 A proactive mindset with a desire to develop services
