🦷 Practice Manager – Mixed Dental Practice | Up to £45,000 per annum

Dental Recruit Network is working closely with a well-established, family-run dental practice to recruit an experienced Practice Manager.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a 4-surgery mixed practice offering specialist treatments including orthodontics, implants, aesthetics, restorative dentistry, and oral surgery, within a supportive, long-standing team environment.

🕒 Working Hours

• Sunday to Friday
• 9:00am – 5:00pm / 6:00pm

💷 Salary

• £38,000 – £45,000 per annum (DOE)

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the full dental team
• Oversee daily operations and patient experience
• Manage scheduling, billing, and financial performance
• Ensure CQC and compliance standards are met
• Handle recruitment, training, and staff development
• Support marketing and practice growth
• Organise meetings, training, and equipment maintenance

👤 Requirements

• Ideally 3 years’ experience as a Practice Manager
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Dental or healthcare background
• Knowledge of CQC compliance (Registered Manager desirable)
• Proactive, organised, and team-focused
