We are seeking a motivated and clinically confident Associate Dentist to join a modern, fully private, patient-focused practice near Blackpool. The role offers strong clinical variety, including general dentistry, implants, Invisalign, and endodontics, making it ideal for a dentist looking to develop their skills while maintaining flexibility and a strong work-life balance.

📅 Working Pattern:
  • Flexible 2–5 days per week to suit your lifestyle
  • Monday – Friday: 09:00 – 17:00
  • Tuesday extended hours: 09:00 – 19:00
  • 1 in 3 Saturdays: 09:00 – 15:00
  • Flexible approach to support individual working preferences
💷 Remuneration:
  • 40–45% of fees (negotiable depending on experience)

🧩 Role & Responsibilities:
  • Delivering high-quality general and private dental care across a varied patient base
  • Providing cosmetic and restorative treatments, including Invisalign cases
  • Confidently carrying out or developing skills in endodontics and root canal treatments (bonus)
  • Building strong, long-term patient relationships based on trust and communication 🤝
  • Maintaining accurate clinical records using Dentally software
  • Working collaboratively with the wider clinical team to ensure smooth and efficient patient journeys
  • Supporting case acceptance and contributing to the growth of private treatment uptake
✅ What We’re Looking For:
  • GDC-registered Dentist (essential)
  • Confident in general dentistry with solid clinical experience
  • Experience or interest in Invisalign and endodontics (desirable)
  • Strong communication skills with a patient-focused, ethical approach
  • Professional, reliable, and comfortable working both independently and within a team
  • Motivated to develop skills and contribute to a high-quality private practice environment
